13.2 Important information for users

If you are considering AST for your glucose measurements, please

discuss this first with your healthcare professional.

If the displayed blood glucose result does not match how you

feel, you should do a fingertip test to check the result. If the

fingertip result still does not match how you feel, contact your

doctor.

Do not change your treatment decisions based on just one AST

result.

The success of collecting a suitably sized drop of blood from

alternative sites may differ from person to person and from

alternative site to alternative site.
